Chris has been in the residential home building business for over 30 years. He holds a General Contractor license for both residential & commercial construction in the State of Georgia and is a graduate of the Georgia Institute of Technology. Chris teamed up with Eric Love to start Spencer-Love Homes, and over the past decade they have built over 250 homes & numerous apartment & residential rental units in downtown Atlanta & the surrounding areas. Chris is a member of the Metro Atlanta Home Builders Association. He is married and has 2 grown children.   

Eric graduated from Sothern Polytechnic State University in 1992 with a degree in Architectural Engineering Technology. In 1992, he was hired as a purchasing manager for The Housing Group in Alpharetta, building approximately 200 homes per year. In 1994, Eric joined Bock Homes Team as a purchasing manager & worked his way up to the position of Construction Manager. By 1996, Eric started a custom home building company in 2001 producing over 100 homes per year in it's peak year of 2006. In 2012, Eric teamed up with Chris Spencer to start Spencer-Love Homes, and over the past decade they have built over 250 homes & numerous apartment & residential rental units in downtown Atlanta & the surrounding areas.

Kris Bonds was born and raised in Destin, FL and moved to Atlanta in 1998 to start his career in Atlanta Real Estate. He started out as a REO broker representing banks to sell foreclosed properties, while at the same time, became an expert in tax sales, probate deals, and clearing bad property titles through Fulton and Dekalb county courts. He then started to renovate and resell homes in the Atlanta Intown neighborhoods. In 2010, Kris teamed up with Mike Wall and started Parkwood Development, focusing on buying tear downs and vacant lots in some of Atlanta's most affluent neighborhoods. Parkwood began to build new construction spec homes in multi-million dollar neighborhoods for the next 6 years. In 2016, Parkwood began to buy vacant lots, rentals and land for future developments in some of Atlanta's most up & coming neighborhoods. With a focus on zoning and higher density, Parkwood began to develop single family subdivisions, multi-family, townhome sites and ground-up apartment buildings. Kris has sold over 4,000 transactions in his real estate career.

Mike Wall was born & raised in Atlanta, GA. He immediately succeeded in the family real estate business by finding distressed properties in the Atlanta intown market, renovating and reselling them from 2001 to 2010. By seeing a market need for new construction, in 2010 he teamed up with Kris Bonds to start Parkwood Development. Parkwood began to focus on buying tear downs and vacant lots in some of Atlanta's most affluent neighborhoods and built new construction spec homes for the next 6 years. In 2016, Parkwood began to buy vacant lots, rentals and land for future developments in some of Atlanta's most up & coming neighborhoods. With a focus on zoning and higher density, Parkwood began to develop single family subdivisions, multi-family, townhome sites and ground-up apartment buildings.
